This design is made from 100% cotton hand dyed Bali batik fabrics, a subtle brown and gold leaf print for the border and subtly mottled black for the background. The gecko is hand appliquéd using silk thread, and finished with machine quilting using plain and variegated cotton threads, with a narrow accent border and meander quilting in the outer border.
